The HCWG Secretariat, hosted by the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ), provides the coordination and technical backbone for the Group’s work. It supports member engagement, evidence generation, strategic communications, policy dialogue, advocacy, and partnerships with governments, civil society, regional institutions, and global health actors.
