The HCWG operates under the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ)’s Board of Directors, which holds legal, financial, and fiduciary responsibility for its work. CIDRZ hosts the Working Group’s secretariat and administers all funds under its established financial, audit, and compliance standards.

The Working Group’s technical agenda, priorities and positions are set by the members. Leadership and oversight of the HCWG’s activities are provided by the co-chairs, who are elected by the members themselves.

Members declare interests that may bear on their participation in the HCWG’s work.
