The African-led HIV Control Working Group (HCWG) is pleased to be collaborating with partners at a high-level roundtable convened during the 81st United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Under the theme “Rebalancing Global Health: Regional Platforms, Equity & Fiscal Space for Public Health Security,” the roundtable will bring together government leaders, global health experts, researchers and development partners to explore how countries and regions can strengthen sustainable approaches to financing and delivering public health security.
For the HCWG, this is an important opportunity to contribute to conversations around health financing, domestic resource mobilisation, regional leadership, and greater sustainability of health systems in Africa.
Collaboration is essential to building a more resilient and sustainable global health architecture.
