Ms. Jill Morse

Jill Morse is the Director of Business Development and Strategy at the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ), where she leads strategic growth and oversees Grants and Contracts department. She brings over fifteen years of experience in program design, grant development, and institutional strategy at the intersection of technical science and donor priorities.

 

As a member of the African HIV Care Working Group (HCWG) Secretariat, Jill oversees budget management and strategic planning, helping ensure the Working Group operates with financial sustainability and a clear direction aligned to its scientific and programmatic goals. Her work at CIDRZ, positioning the organization within an evolving global health funding landscape, directly informs her contribution to the HCWG, where she applies the same rigor to translating the group’s technical agenda into strategically coherent, resourced priorities.
